Return Policy

Welcome to Cuddlers Care! We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, our return policy is here to assist you. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return.

Eligible Items for Return

Accessories:

  • Only unused and undamaged accessories are eligible for return.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Damaged Items During Delivery:

  • If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging for verification.

Exclusions:

  • Live Products: Returns are not accepted for live pets under any circumstances.

  • Pet Food: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, returns are not accepted for pet food items.

Return Timeline

  • All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Any request beyond this timeline will not be entertained.
